Please collect and handle the samples with care, avoiding contamination, fingerprints, dust or contact with other materials. Use clean tools and packaging to preserve the integrity of the sample. Please pack the samples in bubble‑padded envelopes to prevent damage, contamination or deformation during transport.

Standard analyses are typically completed within 1–3 working days. More complex investigations (RCA, PPWR assessments, multilayer mapping) may require additional time, depending on sample complexity, analytical requirements and the laboratory workload at the time of submission.

Accelerated thermal ageing analyses require longer processing times and will be scheduled and agreed upon in advance.

Yes. We can evaluate multilayer packaging using FTIR microscopy, ATR mapping and cross‑section imaging, even when delamination is not possible. But for mentalised films or ALU laminated is mandatory to delaminate them.
