What type of samples can we analyse?
We analyse polymer films, multilayer packaging, laminates, coatings, adhesives, rigid plastics and unknown materials. Both single‑layer and complex multilayer structures are accepted.
2. How much material do you need?
1 liniar meter of samples without scratches. For microscopy or delamination, slightly larger samples may be required. Please collect and handle the samples with care, avoiding contamination, fingerprints, dust or contact with other materials. Use clean tools and packaging to preserve the integrity of the sample. Please pack the samples in bubble‑padded envelopes to prevent damage, contamination or deformation during transport.
3. How long does an analysis take?
Standard analyses are typically completed within 1–3 working days. More complex investigations (RCA, PPWR assessments, multilayer mapping) may require additional time, depending on sample complexity, analytical requirements and the laboratory workload at the time of submission.
Accelerated thermal ageing analyses require longer processing times and will be scheduled and agreed upon in advance.
4. Can you analyse multilayer structures without delamination?
Yes. We can evaluate multilayer packaging using FTIR microscopy, ATR mapping and cross‑section imaging, even when delamination is not possible. But for mentalised films or ALU laminated is mandatory to delaminate them.
5. Do you provide PPWR compliance support?
Yes. We offer composition verification, recyclability assessment, material identification and documentation aligned with PPWR requirements.
• confirmation of multilayer structure
• identification of materials and their compatibility
• recyclability assessment
• FTIR/microscopy results that can be used as technical evidence in a PPWR context
• clarification of components that may affect recyclability
FTIR and microscopy analyses provide technical evidence that can support PPWR compliance documentation. Laboratory accreditation is not required for these types of material identification and structure confirmation analyses.
6. Do you work under NDAs?
Yes. We routinely work under mutual Non‑Disclosure Agreements. A standard NDA is available upon request.
7. How do I send a sample?
You can contact us through the form on the site. We will provide packaging instructions and the shipping address.
8. How much does it costs?
Pricing depends on the complexity of the samples and the analytical methods required.
After receiving the samples, we prepare a custom quotation based on:
• the difficulty and condition of the samples
• the analytical techniques needed (FTIR, microscopy, mapping, cross‑sectioning, etc.)
• the estimated time for processing and interpretation
All methods and costs are communicated before starting the work.
A proforma invoice is issued first, followed by the final invoice once the analysis is completed.
